Open Hearts is committed to cultural competency throughout the entire organization, to provide the highest level of services to our clients, families, and to meet the needs of our amazing staff. We aim to improve health care quality and advance health equity to serve increasingly diverse communities. Open Hearts was scored on our adherence to CLAS (culturally and linguistically appropriate services) Standards in January 2016 and we met 13 of 15 Standards. This means that Open Hearts has been successful in providing quality services, access to care and improved outcomes for families.
